level. Leung Ki was striking at me with his fists & I was waving

he chopper round in a circle. He had no injuries on the arms. At

one time he made an attack on my lower body & to do so he bent down

so he got the wound on the back of his neck. He did not run away from

me. All the witnesses have conspired against me. The running fight

covered a distance of 46′ and lasted more than 10 minutes.

Leung Kl. He had scar on his forehead. I heard him say he had a fight

& had to go to hospital. That happened in March. Leung K1 1ived in

my house for 4 months the year before last. He was a very fierce man.
